Shipping policy

In-stock Orders

• Orders are dispatched only after full advance payment is received.

• Items cannot be held or reserved without payment.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in Islamabad.

• Stock is limited; orders are confirmed on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.

Payment

• Full payment is required for in-stock items before dispatch.

• Pre-orders require 50% advance payment; the remaining 50% must be cleared within 1–3 working days once the item arrives.

• Prices may vary due to sourcing costs, shipping charges, currency fluctuations, and product availability.

Pre-orders

• Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.

• Delays caused by customs, shipping, airlines, suppliers, or other external factors are beyond our control.

• Pre-orders are confirmed only after advance payment.

Delivery

• A delivery charge of Rs. 500 applies to all orders.

• COD is available only in Islamabad.

• Courier delays after dispatch are beyond our control.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details and be available to receive orders.

Boxes & Packaging

• Boxes are not automatically included with every order.

• Box charges apply separately where applicable.

• Special packaging may occasionally be provided as a complimentary gesture.

Customer Responsibility

• Customers must carefully check order details before confirming.

• Incorrect address or phone number may result in extra charges or delays.

• Customers must be available to receive their orders.
