Refund policy

General Rules

• Pre-order items confirmed with advance payment are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Customers must ensure satisfaction with product details (size, color, etc.) before confirming orders.

Reporting Issues

• Exchange or refund requests must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the order.

• Any damage or issue must be reported within 2 hours, with clear pictures/videos provided.

Refunds

• Approved refunds may take 3–5 working days to process.

• Refunds/exchanges proceed only after inspection of the returned item.

Returns

• Products must be returned in the same condition as sent.

• Customers must keep products in original condition if an exchange/return is approved.
